Clear, straw-yellow colored wine. On the nose, restrained floral aromas and strong minerality. Well-marked acidity with evidence of citrus, green apple and pineapple. Slight touch wood. In the test, it reveals a good length of mouth. Well-integrated acidity to dominate and elegant with medium long finish. Tense, it finishes with a very light and balanced toasty touch coming from aging in used French oak barrels, not overlapping the wine. We believe it is a wine with good potential for ageing in the bottle.
