Intense lemon colour with greenish notes. In the nose there is great complexity and harmony highlighting fresh notes of citrus and tropical notes such as mango and pineapple. It is a full-bodied and envolving wine, balanced by a good acidity and a slight noble bitterness, characteristic of the grape variety, which give it a long finish and give it the ability to perfectly accompany baked dishes, both fish and white meats.
