To the eye it reveals a beautiful golden yellow, brilliant and luminous, with a very fine and elegant perlage. The olfactory bouquet is rich, complex and intense, composed of hints reminiscent of peach and pineapple, orange and melon, and then again candied fruit, almonds, yeast and bread crust. The palate is voluminous and very fresh, creamy and with good structure, pleasantly savory and long-lasting.
