Ruby color of medium intensity. Sweet fruity aroma reminiscent of sweet grape spoon-preserve, honey, red fruit jams with hints of spices and leather due to Mavrotragano. Full marmalade flavor accompanied by spicy notes with a slightly syrupy feel. Very good balance of acidity – sweetness without being astringent with a long aftertaste.
