Veuve Clicquot Champagne comes from one of the most famous houses in Reims, founded in 1772. Its name honors Barbe-Nicole Clicquot, who took over the house as a young widow (veuve in French) in 1805 and changed Champagne for good. She produced one of the first recorded vintage Champagnes in 1810, invented the riddling table that made clear Champagne possible in 1816, and created the first blended rosé Champagne in 1818.
The house style is built on Pinot Noir, which gives the wines their structure, red-fruit depth and generous, round texture.
The iconic orange-yellow label. A Pinot Noir led non-vintage Brut with Meunier and Chardonnay, balancing ripe fruit with freshness and a toasty, brioche finish. We offer it by the 12 bottle case, ideal for events, weddings and corporate gifting.
Madame Clicquot’s own invention, made by blending red wine from Pinot Noir into the Champagne. The blend is 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier, with 12% red wine, aged three years on the lees. Fresh strawberry, citrus peel and a creamy mousse. Available as a six pack.
The prestige cuvée, named for Madame Clicquot herself. The 2018 is 90% Pinot Noir from Grand Cru villages including Verzy and Verzenay, with 10% Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Precise, mineral and built to age for two decades.

Veuve is French for widow. It refers to Barbe-Nicole Clicquot, who ran the house after her husband died in 1805.
The house’s signature non-vintage Brut, a Pinot Noir led blend with Meunier and Chardonnay, recognizable by its orange-yellow label.
No. It is a Brut rosé with a dosage of 8 grams per liter, which tastes dry, fruity and fresh.
Veuve Clicquot’s prestige cuvée, made only in the best years and named in honor of Madame Clicquot.
Veuve Clicquot is Pinot Noir led, rounder and richer. Taittinger leans on Chardonnay for a lighter, more delicate style.
