The 2022 Vouvray Le Clos is a ripe edition of this wine-full and round with a silken texture. But, it still manages to keep itself together and refined, which is the sign of old vines on a good site. It’s quite focused despite its richness, with a sense of lift and spirit on the finish, leaving you wanting more. Nectarine, floral and pastry notes linger on the long finish.
