Fermented with 33% whole cluster, at cooler temperatures, and with minimal cap movement, this wine is both complex and vibrant. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for sixteen months, and bottled without fining or filtration. This wine is fresh, spicy, and a unique expression of Pinot noir in the Willamette Valley.
