Salmon pink. Watermelon and fresh red fruits, floral notes of rose and wildflowers, with hints of white pepper and spices. The structure of Nebbiolo guides this wine. It's fruity without being sweet and has a nice acidity that makes it a fresh and vibrant rosé.
