100% Pinot Meunier. Glows ruby red in the glass. A bouquet of roses float of the glass intertwined with raspberry, red cherry, raspberry jam, blueberry, red currants which all follow to the palate. Layering flavors include hints of lime, passionfruit, cranberry, strawberry, dried herbs, cherry pie, dried cranberry, red berry jams, and a slight cinnamon bark and eucalyptus mint. This is a dry wine with medium plus acidity, and medium minus, chalky tannins, medium body. It offers a medium concentration of flavors and finishes with tertiary flavors of dried cranberry, cinnamon, earth, and sweet tobacco.
