Albéric Bichot, who assumed control of the Domaine in 1996, represents the 6th generation of his family to do so. In his quest for the most exquisite grapes to create exceptional wines, Albéric Bichot has progressively acquired vineyards in the most coveted areas of Burgundy. At present, Albert Bichot possesses six remarkable estates in Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, and the Beaujolais, each boasting the finest terroirs of Burgundy.

Albert Bichot has earned the prestigious title of the world's best winemaker for both red and white wines, awarded by the International Wine Challenge on three separate occasions within the past decade.
