The 2021 Mâcon-Uchizy has an attractive petrichor scented bouquet, crisp and focused, almost Chablis-like in style. The palate is fresh and vibrant on the entry, tensile with a keen thread of acidity that imparts plenty of tension and nerve on the finish. Bravo.
