A blend of the estate’s two easternmost and westernmost blocks, the Pinot Noir Cyrus spent 18 months in 30% new French oak and is bottled under screw cap. Another expressive wine that takes on more refinement and focus, it’s energetic and lifted aromatically with grenadine, potpourri, candied raspberry, and white pepper spice. Medium-bodied on the palate, with good concentration, it’s vibrant and energetic, balanced with ripe red fruit and a note of Jolly Rancher candy.
