Apartado is a selection of the best blocks of Chardonnay in Gualtallary and El Cepillo, aged on its lees in oak barrels. The influence of the mountain breezes is clear in this white, with fresh, juicy acidity and mineral flavors in a rough, almost savage texture, balanced by a lush, round side. One of the most original whites in Argentina today.
