Due to the almost golden color that shines in the glass, you can see that it is not just a refreshing and fruity Chardonnay. It aged for approximately 10 months in an oak barrel, where it completed the fermentation started in concrete eggs. The nose is exuberant: when served, it shows the passage of wood through toasted notes of caramel, chestnuts and butter, but these aromas are joined by touches of cooked mango, papaya, cream, lemon zest and salinity. It enters the palate with a fruity tone and ends with toasted touches. It is a Chardonnay with good greasiness and mineral acidity, which makes it even easier to drink.
