Rich, ripe bouquet, sweet scented black fruit aromas, dark spices, chocolate then plum and wood smoke. Youthful, firm textured, fruity and dry on the palate. Flavours of Doris plums and black berry, dark chocolate, clove and toasty barrel. Luscious and salivating with firm tannins and medium+ acidity. A very tasty wine with ready to drink flavours and textures, but will also age well with best dirnking form 2025 through 2030+.
