This is a very precise chardonnay with cooked apples, apple tart, caramel and toasted oak. It’s full and intense but very precise and focused. Just the right amount of toasted oak. Grapefruit notes with a lightly bitter finish. From organically and biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Vegan.
