Another of the house's classics. This one is 74% malbec, 21% cabernet sauvignon, and the rest is bonarda, all from their own vineyards in Vistalba, one of the highest areas in the Luján de Cuyo DO. It comes from a selection of vineyards and barrels. Initially, the varieties are aged separately, and for the last six months they are put together in 225- and 500-liter foudres and barrels. This is a very local wine, with that sweetness and succulence that characterizes the reds from Luján, with firm tannins and flavors of ripe black fruits that fill the mouth.
