About This Wine
From Chañarmuyo, the high-altitude estate in the Chañarmuyo Valley of La Rioja, northern Argentina, farmed at around 1,700 meters. This wine blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc; its label evokes the wild valley landscape — mountains, cacti and the white cross that has watched over the valley since 1913.
Deep red, with aromas of ripe black fruit, spice and a mineral touch. Intense on the palate, with firm tannins and a persistent finish shaped by the extreme altitude.
