About This Wine
"Gran Vino" is Chañarmuyo's flagship Cabernet Franc, from the finest high-altitude parcels of the Chañarmuyo Valley in La Rioja, given extended French-oak aging. The valley's cool, extreme-altitude conditions suit the variety beautifully.
Deep red, with concentrated black fruit, the variety's signature herbal and peppery character, and a mineral, menthol lift. Structured and intense, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish.
