The Polígonos line represents the maximum expression of Sebastián Zuccardi's search to differentiate the terroir of Valle de Uco through wines with minimal intervention. This new addition to the line is the winery's first Sauvignon Blanc. From old vines on the San José ranch, at a high altitude in the Tupungato area, fermented with skins (1 week) in concrete amphora, expressive, very typical of the variety, but taking care not to lose elegance.
