Very dry and nervy in feel, with bitter orange, singed clove and black walnut notes forming the core. A slightly rustic edge carries through the finish, where a juniper accent threads through. Firm-edged throughout, like oversteeped tea, this is not for the uninitiated. A beautifully distinctive Sherry.
