Darker currant and cherry fruits, tobacco, earth, and pretty floral notes all emerge from the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Pepper Bridge Vineyard, another elegant, lively, pretty, balanced, and medium-bodied effort. As with the Cabernet Franc, it has a subtle vibrant, exotic (I wouldn't be surprised if there was some carbonic maceration here) style that already offers pleasure. It should have 10-15 years of longevity.
