This is a racy and fresh wine, absolutely bursting with ripe strawberries, raspberries and a dusting of sweet and savoury spices. There aren't really any tannins to speak of, but that whip-crack of natural acid gives some structure and leaves a clean finish. This is one mouth-watering and moreish bottle.
