From Domaine R. Dubois & Fils, a family estate in the Côte de Beaune of Burgundy. "Les Ratausses" is a red Savigny-lès-Beaune, made from Pinot Noir grown on the limestone-and-marl slopes of the village.
A classic, elegant red Burgundy with red-cherry and raspberry fruit, subtle earth and spice, and the fine, silky tannins characteristic of Savigny.
