This 100% Vermentino from the cool climate Cressida Vineyard pairs bracing acidity with a rich minority making it a perfect pairing wine. Harvested on the early side, the grapes are then split into two fermentation lots with half seeing time on skin and the other half whole cluster pressed with only native yeasts used in the fermentation process.
