The 2020 Friulano Sigar is wildly exotic, with a burst of tropical melon, minty herbs, pine resin and kiwis. Silky and enveloping, this possesses tremendous depth and complexity with a spicy citrus core. A wave of crisp orchard fruits cascades throughout. It finishes fresh with a resonance of lime and saline minerals that slowly taper off. This is a unique vintage for the Friulano Sigar due to rain during harvest that resulted in a partial selection with botrytis.
