Champagne Carbon, based in Champillon on the Montagne de Reims, is one of the region's most distinctive houses — founded by Alexandre Méa of the fifth-generation Devavry growing family, and famous for cladding each bottle in a hand-crafted carbon-fibre sleeve. The ƎB.01, created with Bugatti to mark the marque's 110th anniversary, is a prestige vintage Champagne of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, presented in a luxury box.

A rich, complex Chardonnay-led Champagne with fine bubbles, notes of butter, caramel, toasted nuts and orchard fruit, and a long, elegant finish. A collector's piece as much as a wine.
