About This Wine
Carbon Brut is the signature cuvée of Champagne Carbon in Champillon — a blend of roughly 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier, fermented in small oak barrels and aged several years on the lees, bottled in the house's iconic carbon-fibre sleeve.
Fine, persistent bubbles with a creamy mousse and an elegant register of orchard fruit, brioche and subtle toast. Balanced and refined, conceived for high-level celebrations.
