The fruit that went into this delightful pinot came primarily from the Peay Estate vineyards, with a smaller portion coming from the neighboring Campbell Ranch Vineyard. The nose is really expressive with pretty, high-toned floral and more subtle black tea aromas. The light to medium-bodied palate offers vibrant, but not too ripe, flavors of fresh strawberry and raspberry and the wine finishes with excellent acidity. It is perfectly balanced, bright and simply delicious.
