Pale gold color, clear and bright. Initial vanilla nose, quite soft and sweet. After oxygenation, woody notes (slightly buttery) emerge with a fresh (menthol) and fruity (peach) background. The palate is balanced, quite round with a nice sweetness that accompanies the wine. Notes of ripe fruit are present with a slight aniseed note at the end of the mouth.
