Organic Sauvignon Blanc from 40+ year old vines grown on gabbro and volcanic soils, fermented in stainless, unfined, lightly filtered and barely sulfured. Grassy herbs on the nose, green apple peel, chalk dust, and honeydew melon on the palate. So clean and quaffable.
