Delicious very slightly off-dry Riesling from an epic estate in the south of Germany. A wonderful example of the combination of acid and delicate sweetness. Utterly stunning Riesling, excellently paired with spicy food or sipped as an aperitif. The grapes are farmed with certified organic methods. Fermented in steel tanks, without skin contact.
