Schlossgut Diel Dorsheimer Pittermannchen Riesling Grosses Gewachs, Nahe, Germany 2020

The Dorsheimer Pittermännchen is a steep south-facing site with gray slate soil - perfect for producing aromatic Rieslings with mineral freshness, spicy aromas and the classic fine fruit of a great Riesling, reminiscent of quinces, citrus fruits and fresh herbs. The wine is as delicately structured as you would expect from the Moselle and has the dense, expansive aromas of a Nahe wine. This is definitely our favorite among Diels Grossen Gewächse 2020.
