The La Négly La Falaise Rouge is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre coming from a vineyard from the famous Appelation La Clape literally located against the high tide line of the sea. The wine is fermented and matured in barriques of (partly) French oak. In the glass, the wine has an intense ruby red color. In the nose aromas of blackberries, cassis, coffee, chocolate and black olives. The taste is full and powerful, very concentrated with a very long, soft finish.
