This wine is composed of a selection of juice from the vineyards of the Loire Valley and is based heavily on Chenin Blanc with a dollop of Chardonnay to add richness. Zesty with aromas of yeast and toast followed by the citrus flavors of chenin blanc, it’s got plenty of invigorating bubbles to go crazy all over your tongue.

Composed of a selection of juice from white-chalk soil vineyards in the Touraine appellation. Made according to traditional methods. Lies on lathes for more than 18 months during fermentation and maturation.
