Such depth here with a pepperiness that gives it a lot of energy. Dried herbs, garrigues, peppercorns, tar and fresh blackberries. Lots of vibrancy and structure here, but this is not quite full-bodied. Super intense and concentrated in flavor, and it gets linear in the finish. Long and persistent, lasting over a minute. Drink or hold.
