For this Moscatel Tinto, they select from vines from Finca Maggio planted more than 80 years ago on the alluvial soils of the Los Patos River. It was fermented in concrete eggs and aged in the same containers for about eight months. The aromas are a bit vegetal and earthy, but the palate is a delight of red fruit flavors amid somewhat rustic tannins, ideal for charcuterie. A wine with great balance and, above all, of great freshness.
