The 2021 Chardonnay Wild Yeast aromas evoke toasted grain, mild citrus and ripe melon on the nose. It's more subtle and complex than the 2022 Napa Valley bottling, appearing less weighty on the palate, despite having the same reported alcohol level (14.1%). A long, vibrant finish caps things off nicely.
