Bright violet of medium intensity; aromas of raspberry, strawberry and violet. Fresh and robust, full flavour and soft tannins. Excellent to pair with agnolotti (small ravioli) with ragu, flavourful risottos, fettucine, meat stews or meat dishes from veal chops to lamb.
