A very sanguine nose has cranberries, wild cherry and strawberry fruit leather, followed by sun-warmed bricks and top soil. The palate offers more crunchy red fruit, but also fresh, herbal notes of wild fennel and sage with the metallic tang of soil and sharp-edged tannins. Excellent balance and integration.
