The darker rosé 2022 Ojo de Gallo could be taken as a light red, with its bright cherry color and ripe nose of berries with a spicy twist. It reflects a warmer and riper year with 14% alcohol and round and fleshy, medium to full-bodied palate with clout and persistence.
