The Etna Bianco Superiore 'Imbris' from the I Custodi delle Vigne dell'Etna winery has a straw yellow hue with bright greenish reflections. The nose offers deep and fine hints of almond, anise, broom flowers, elderberry, cut grass and citrus honey. All supported by an iodized mineral stamp. On the palate it is fresh and mineral, refined and balanced , with an energetic and lasting savory epilogue.
