Clean and bright with good weight yet a deft touch, the nose delivers ripe yellow fruit with a poached pear note and a touch of acacia, quince and marjoram. A silky approach on the palate yields to brisk acidity and a hint of salinity on the finish. This complex and harmonious white pairs well with pasta primavera but the Simčič family loves it with sushi.
