This maturing, medium-bodied red offers appealing earthiness and really restrained black berries. Remarkably good tannin structure for an entry-level wine. Impressive depth at the beautifully balanced finish. A cuvee of 70% rotburger, 20% sankt laurent and 10% blaufrankisch, all local varieties, that was matured until May 2023 in large, neutral oak casks.
