The Ruffino Alauda presents itself in intense ruby red with a shimmer tending towards garnet red. The nose surprises the connoisseur: expansive, complex, multifaceted and typically herbal, with pleasant fruity aromas of plum, cherry, sour cherry, then coffee, cocoa and vanilla, as well as balsamic nuances that promise great things with age! On the palate it is remarkably full-bodied and very soft and velvety with lots of aroma of black forest berries such as blackberries and ribes, herbal notes, cherry and vanilla plum.
