A very pretty pale golden yellow with light greenish glints, described as bright, luminous, and limpid. On the palate, the wine is opulent and complex, offering a fine balance between freshness and smoothness. It is described as having a succulent mouthfeel with medium-bodied flavors, delineated citrus rind and crushed stone notes, and bright acidity. The finish is beautifully persistent, long, balanced, and culminates in a bitter lemon, saline, and mineral-driven finale. The nose is rich, dense, and ripe, offering aromas of green apple, pear, crushed fennel, citrus, tidal pool, fresh oysters, and a touch of white flowers. According to the producer's notes, it can also present scents of baked apple, brioche, spices, thyme, white pepper, and floral notes of lemongrass and acacia.
