The 2018 3 Miradas – Paraje de Riofrío Alto 3er Año aged under flor for eight months in concrete tinajas followed by one more year in barrels that had been used for Fino CB, also under a veil of flor yeast. The wine has taken on some Fino character, nuttier with notes of dried herbs and a pungent palate.
