"Les Croqlops" is Domaine Chauveau's Pouilly-Fumé, made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on the flinty limestone soils around Pouilly-sur-Loire in the upper Loire Valley — the appellation known for the smoky, mineral character of its whites.

A fresh, precise white with grapefruit, pineapple, white flowers and a very fresh, flinty mineral touch, leading to a crisp, saline finish.
