The 2021 Chardonnay Old Stones pours a brilliant pale yellow/green-tinged hue and is pure and fresh in the glass with notes of pristine ripe green apples, citrus blossoms, and lemon balm. Medium-bodied but rounded and pretty, with a silky texture, it has fresh salinity, ripe acidity, and an energetic and floral finish. This comes primarily younger vines and the blocks that do not go into the Sigrid.
