Bisson Pigato Colline del Genovesato IGT, Liguria, Italy 2021

The crescent-shaped commune wrapped around the Mediterranean, below Piedmont. Pigato: native grape of the region, rarely grown and made into wine. Tank ferment and aged. It's fresh, quite rich, oily, a little floral and exotic. More viscosity than you'd assume from a northern Italian white.
